Please be aware that this is only an estimate as each animal’s journey can be different. If we realise that the costs will be over what we estimated (by about 10%), we will contact you – please make sure we have up to date contact details that you can answer.

All payments are due at the time of treatment unless a direct insurance claim has been previously agreed with the practice. Please note that if the direct claim is rejected, the owner is still liable for payment and Bold vets can not mediate between the owner and insurer. We take payment by cash, debit and credit card (including Apple Pay and Android Pay).

Each consultation with the vet is charged at £42.

If you are coming for a second opinion, then this is £65.

A deposit for all operations of a minimum of £40 is payable before your pre operation consultation. If you do not attend for your operation, then this deposit is non refundable. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice.

Weekend appointments that are emergencies from other practices will be liable to an extra charge.

If your pet is with us outside of our opening hours then an out of hours fee will be chargeable and discussed with you.

All orthopaedic operations need to be paid in full before the day of the operation.
